Big News! You Have Great Ideas

Today. Yes. Just now. I decided I need to just do it. Have you ever had an idea but you just haven’t been able to get yourself to start? Well, I have been like that for about a year now. I have thought about writing an exclusive newsletter. I want to start writing about media news, tech news, relationship tips, how to be creative and of course fashion.

I just haven’t gotten around to it. Actually, that’s not true. I think it is because I have been doing this blogging thing for a while now and I know how much work it really is. It is a TON of work. Wow. So now the fear of failing is visible. I can picture all the reasons why this won’t work or will be a waste of time. Because I know some of the consequences, This is probably the longest I have held on to an idea.

Picture that one idea you have. It is an amazing idea. The idea gives you joy and life and giggles all at the same time. What is holding you back?

I have started a lot of things since going down this fashion blogging adventure. I have also ended a few things too. I have never regretted starting a project or an idea because it usually is an amazing idea. I haven’t even regretted ending something. It didn’t work. It just didn’t work. That is ok and an important part of the process. I HAVE regretted delaying to act on an idea.

I have never regretted starting or ending. I have regretted sitting on ideas.

Let me give you an example: I once had an idea that I wanted to be in a rock band. I wanted pink hair and… Play the electric harp. SO random right? But have you ever seen something like that? I didn’t think so. Being unique is so important for your brand or your idea or your business or your content.

A year ago… it happened… I saw a picture of a concert. On the stage was a girl carrying an electric harp… AND she had pink hair!!!! What!? She’s so cool too. I was like noooo! She stole my idea. No, she didn’t. She is an artist who had an idea and executed it. I love it.

Your idea probably doesn’t consist of pink hair and an electric harp, but whatever it is, do it. Please, for yourself and for me do it. You have amazing ideas.

This is the week the newsletter will come out. So please subscribe. Let’s be friends.

Have a Full Color Day my friend.
