Your thoughts become beliefs and your beliefs become actions. That’s why we will start by asking the question, “what are you saying to yourself?”

Why Therapy
Have you felt invisible, misunderstood, and tired of showing up for everyone else? Maybe you’ve reached out and haven’t found someone to lean on or trust. Have you gone to coping mechanisms like eating disorders or drinking to find a sense of control? Are you having relational issues in your family, with friends, or with your partner? Have you experienced seasons of anxiety or depression? Have you ever been exposed to or experienced sexism or spiritual abuse? If any of these resonate with you, I’d love to meet you.
As a therapist, I strive to be the person you can lean on, feel understood, and seen. I specialize in women’s issues, perfectionism, codependency, disordered eating, and spiritual abuse. I know it is often a challenge to sign up for counseling. There are so many questions, but don’t let it hold you back from taking care of your mental health. I am ready to hear from you and answer any questions you may have about the process along with hearing your story.
Hannah’s Approach to Therapy
I believe that life doesn’t have to be that heavy. Counseling can provide a lightness to the heaviness you may be carrying. I am passionate about you understanding and becoming who you are created to be. Being a counselor is truly an honor and a joy. I believe life situations have shaped our thoughts and beliefs and sometimes leave us feeling stuck. When you have a safe space, my hope is that you will begin to have the freedom to heal and grow.
My approach to therapy is collaborative. Healing happens through relationships and my goal is to be a safe space for you to process and be your true self. I believe that understanding your thoughts and beliefs can help you take control of your life and relationships.
